Water Oak Villa – Booking Conditions – Rental Agreement

 1. Reservations requirements

Reservations are not considered “guaranteed” until the payment of 50% of the total rental fee including tax is made. The remainder is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date to secure the rental property. If payment in full is not received by the Management 30 days or more prior to guest arrival, reservation may be subject to cancellation without refund. Reservations booked 30 days or less prior to arrival date will require payment in full on the reservation date.

 2. Cancellation policy

Water Oak Villas is subject to a No Refund Policy for cancellation less than 30 Days before check-in all deposit and rental payments are non-refundable.

 3. Confirmation of reservation

Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates, email and mobile, number of adults and/or children.  Any errors must be directed to the reservations department immediately.

4. Refund policy

Water Oak Villa cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of air conditioning, TV, Internet connection, equipment or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment.

No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved) ~ No refunds will be given for delayed arrival ~ No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Water Oak Villa. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late flight arrival, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental property including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).

7. Maximum Occupancy

At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the villa sleeps, including infants. We can welcome 8 guests within its premises.

10. Listing Accuracy

Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all the information on our website is current and accurate. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice.

11. Subletting

Guests may not transfer their booking or sublet Water Oak Villa without our prior written approval.

 

Palmetto Dunes standards

The resort standards must be abided by for the enjoyment of the community.

·      Quiet Hours are 10PM thru 7AM

·      Parking is allowed in designated spots only and not in grassy areas.

·      Towels cannot be hung on deck railings.

·      Store and secure garbage in service yard outside of unit.

·      Do not swim or paddleboard in the lagoons.

 

Parking Limits/Fees

Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is in a gated community and car passes are required. The maximum number of car passes is (2) two, unless special arrangements are made with the owner.

The parking fee is payable in cash at the pass window.

·      $25.00 per pass for 7 days or less

·      $50.00 per pass for greater than 7 days
